  • 1 Pound Pork Sausage (I use the HOT)
  • 1 Package (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese – Softened
  • 1 Cup Finely Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 22 Jalapeno Peppers, Halved Lengthwise and Seeded
  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink – drain well.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan and Mexican blend cheeses.
  3. Fold in sausage.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half.
  5. Place in two ungreased baking dishes (13x9x2)Adding parchment paper to the bottom of the baking dish works well.
  6. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until filling is slightly browned and bubbly.
