Cheese Ball
  • 4 packages of Budding Beef (In the lunch meat area)
  • 4 scallions
  • 2 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • Accent to taste
  1. Chop the beef into small pieces.
  2. Chop the onions into small pieces.
  3. Mix everything together and make a ball.
  4. Cover with foil and refrigerate until use - I try to do it several hours before serving….or even overnight.
Serve with any type of crackers you like.
