Mexican Layer Dip (aka 7-Layer Dip)
  • 1 16-ounce can refried beans (or 2 cans of bean dip)
  • 1 cup sour cream mixed with 1 package taco seasoning
  • guacamole
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • tomatoes, chopped,
  • black olives, sliced
  • jalapenos
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Layer the refried beans, sour cream mix and guacamole on a shallow plate or in a pie pan.
  2. Top with your choice of green onions, tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos, cheese.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
