Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
For the Cake
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
For the Icing
  • 1 8-oz. package of cream cheese
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup pecans
Instructions
  1. Mix the cake ingredients together and spread in a greased 9 x 13” pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. While the cake is baking mix the icing ingredients together thoroughly. Spread on cake while cake is still slightly warm.
