Fern's Apricot Prune Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 *4-ounce jar strained apricots (baby food)
  • 1 *4-ounce jar strained prunes (baby food)
  • *The 4-ounce jars are difficult to find. The 3½-ounce containers work as well.
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a bundt pan with Pam and sprinkle with sugar or grease and flour if you prefer.
  3. Mix all indredients together, and pour cake batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour.
  4. ENJOY!
